Jeffrey P. Powell has been a

licensed contractor for over 30 years. In the construction industry Powell
operated and owned a design build construction company with experience in the
construction trades and all types of construction and development.
In the banking industry Powell provides progress of
completion inspections for financed construction projects. The banks and fund
control companies utilize the reports to disburse construction funds. The Powell
team of inspectors services all of southern
California

San Diego

Los Angeles

Ventura

, Inland Empire,
Sacramento
and the Bay area. Approximately 150 inspections and reports are processed each
month. Powell has prepared over
10,000 analytical reports for performing, non-performing loans and real estate
owned assets for financial institutions. Powell has been approved by Fannie Mae
and has worked with several small and large lenders asset managers.
Jeffrey Powell is also experienced as an expert witness for construction related
litigation and has been retained in over 1000 cases. Most of the construction
consulting is provided to attorneys and insurance companies. Powell provides
opinions of standard and care in the construction industry trades, repair
recommendations, causation of failure, building code and cost analysis.
The Powell team consists of full time in office management
